The VFW is not just an organization that provides support for national patriotic efforts or U.S. servicemen. We are also active in bettering the lives of the people in many countries throughout the world through medical programs and other humanitarian services. We are thankful that our efforts can make a difference for the better in the lives of those who need the help. We also appreciate hearing from the recipients benefiting from those efforts .
